Questions about this pack
How often should licences be checked?
Risk-based is the defensible answer. A common baseline is every six months, moving to quarterly once a driver carries points above your trigger threshold. The matrix in the pack sets this out and you can adjust the thresholds.
Do we still need consent for online DVLA checks?
Yes, in a form you can evidence. The pack includes consent wording that covers repeat checks for the duration of employment, so you are not chasing fresh signatures every quarter.
Does it cover agency drivers?
