Our store supplies downloadable document packs. This policy is designed to explain the different rules that apply before and after a download begins. It does not reduce any statutory right you have.

Before a download begins

If you buy as a consumer and have not started the download, you can normally cancel within 14 days of the contract. Email info@driverhandbooks.co.uk with your order number.

Immediate digital delivery

At checkout we ask you to request immediate access and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right is lost once supply of the digital content begins. If you do not give that express consent, we cannot provide an instant download.

Faulty, corrupt or incorrectly described files

Your rights are not affected by the immediate-delivery consent. If a file is corrupt, missing, materially different from its description or will not open in the stated software, contact us promptly. We will first provide a corrected file or reasonable technical help and, where the law requires it, a price reduction or refund.

Change of mind after downloading

We do not normally refund a change of mind after a download has started because the content has been supplied and cannot be returned. We will still consider the facts fairly, including duplicate purchases and clear ordering errors.

Business purchases

Business customers do not have the consumer cooling-off right. The contractual quality, description and remedy provisions in our digital download terms still apply.

How to request help

Email info@driverhandbooks.co.uk with the order number, product name, problem and, where useful, a screenshot. We aim to acknowledge genuine download problems promptly.
