This notice explains how Box 4 Digital Group Ltd, trading as Driver Handbooks, uses personal information when you visit this website, start an assessment, contact us or buy a digital document.
Who controls your information

Information we collect
- Contact and business details, including your name, company, email address and telephone number.
- Assessment or enquiry details, such as fleet type, sector, handbook needs, timing and the information you choose to provide.
- Order, billing and download records. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored on this website.
- Technical and consent information, including IP address, browser, requested pages, cookie choices and security logs.
Please do not submit medical, criminal-offence or other sensitive personal information unless we specifically ask for it and explain why it is required.

Who receives it
We use carefully selected service providers for website hosting, email delivery, WordPress and WooCommerce operation, secure payments, accountancy, security and consented analytics. Stripe processes card payments under its own privacy information. We may also disclose information where required by law, to professional advisers or to protect legal rights. We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Some technology suppliers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we require an appropriate UK transfer safeguard or rely on another lawful transfer mechanism.
How long we keep it
We normally keep order, invoice and tax records for six years. Unsuccessful enquiries and assessments are normally kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up, maintain context and deal with complaints. Short-term security and spam records are normally kept for up to 90 days unless an incident requires longer retention. We may retain information longer where a legal dispute, regulatory obligation or fraud investigation requires it.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or an objection to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis.
