Why we use it

Who receives it

We use carefully selected service providers for website hosting, email delivery, WordPress and WooCommerce operation, secure payments, accountancy, security and consented analytics. Stripe processes card payments under its own privacy information. We may also disclose information where required by law, to professional advisers or to protect legal rights. We do not sell personal information.

International transfers

Some technology suppliers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we require an appropriate UK transfer safeguard or rely on another lawful transfer mechanism.

How long we keep it

We normally keep order, invoice and tax records for six years. Unsuccessful enquiries and assessments are normally kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up, maintain context and deal with complaints. Short-term security and spam records are normally kept for up to 90 days unless an incident requires longer retention. We may retain information longer where a legal dispute, regulatory obligation or fraud investigation requires it.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or an objection to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis. Contact us using the details above. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site, forms, basket and checkout working. Optional analytics or advertising storage is blocked until the relevant choice is granted. Use the Cookie settings control to review or change your choice.
